Please feel free to make your reservation today!

Before making a reservation, it is your responsibility to read the fine print associated with your guided tour, including, but not limited to, the following sections: Acknowledgement of Risks, What to Bring, What to Expect, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and the Delay Policy.

Payment is required to guarantee all reservations.

Tours reserved on this website will be charged immediately to the credit card number provided by the client. A payment confirmation will be sent via email.

Guests should refer to their confirmation email regarding pickup location and tour departure time. If you have not received your pickup location and departure time by the day before the tour, or if there are any questions please call 970-531-1211.

It is your responsibility to ensure you are at the departure location at the correct time as stated on the confirmation email. (We ask that you be ready 10 minutes before the tour departure time.)

Duration of the tour hours is approximate.

We make take your picture(s). This photo(s) may be used for our promotional needs including, but not limited to, appearing on our website and other social media such as Facebook. You agree to no compensation for the use of your photo(s). 

Tours may include some element of risk. We assume no liability for injuries. Each guest must sign an Acknowledgement of Risks. If you did not submit the form it can be found here.

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the tour vehicle nor
anywhere in Rocky Mountain National Park.

Smoking/Vaping is allowed inside Rocky Mountain National Park only in an enclosed vehicle (other than the Lively Tours and Talks tour vehicle).

Tour guide gratuity is not included.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone judged to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and no refunds will be given.

Rocky Mountain National Park is a federally managed and protected area.

Possession or use of marijuana inside the national park is prohibited. While Colorado provides for regulated possession and use of marijuana it remains an illegal drug under federal law, enforced within the park.
